Went to pick up my mother from the airport today and got to go through downtown Indianapolis while we were at it - beautiful! Want to spend a day there if I can just to shop, see sites and whatnot.
One thing I've realized after traveling so far was that...America is beautiful. You often don't see that when you stay within one area for so long. Each place has it's own claim to beauty - Muncie included.
Going to hopefully see some family tomorrow and get my hair cut from a woman who's been cutting my hair since I was 5 and my mother's hair since she was 13! Don't worry, she's still super hip :)

Lol, I wouldn't worry about her being hip, exactly, just as long as she can still hold a pair of scissors without shaking. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, the country's beautiful, every part. You stay away for too long and you'll think Walmart supercenter's are gorgeous once you see one again.
