First true broadcasting experience..

If you check out the side panel to your left or in this post, you'll see a new video at the top with some chick in the frame (that's me).

I volunteered to do the daily news video for the day and all the reporters happily obliged simply because they HATE doing those and getting in front of the camera. I love the camera so naturally I went for it. Although it took four takes and me saying "That's your news for July 2008" three times instead of "that's your news for July 8."

Other than that, I'm covering a story on Saturday about a neighborhood reunion which should be piece-o-cake. Then Saturday night, I'm going out to eat THANK GOD haha.

Got lots of projects

Nothing TOO terribly exciting going on today. I'm doing a story on new projectors a school district is getting and the guy I interviewed said "Didn't you come a little too far to be writing about projectors?"

That made me laugh - ha:)
